KAJIAN LITERATUR: KONSEP INTEGRITAS BAGI ASN

In accordance with Law Number 5 of 2014, all State Civil Apparatuses have an obligation to behave according the basic values ??of ASN and always maintain reputation integrity. Further, Permenpan RB No. 38 2017, every in addition having technical competence, must also managerial including integrity competence. One stages learning Bloom's taxonomy, is stage understanding concept. general, has understood ??contained concept integrity, but it not yet fully intact/comprehensive. The purpose this research describe comprehensively, using a literature review approach. principle, only coherence/consistency behavior towards norms, honesty, code ethics, anti-corruption attitude moral values. ABSTRAKSesuai dengan UU Nomor Tahun seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara memiliki kewajiban untuk berperilaku memegang teguh nilai dasar dan selalu menjaga reputasi integritas. Lebih lanjut sesuai setiap di samping harus kompetensi teknis juga manajerial antara lain Salah satu tahapan pembelajaran kompetensi, taksonomi bloom adalah memahami konsep tersebut. Secara umum sudah nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam integritas, namun belum sepenuhnya utuh/komprehensif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mendiskripsikan integritas secara komprehensif, pendekatan kajian pustaka. Pada prinsipnya tidak hanya koherensi/konsistensi perilaku terhadap norma, tetapi kejujuran, kode etik, sikap anti korupsi moral.
